How it works

  1. Pick a layout

Every thumbnail shows the actual grid, so you know what you are getting before you download.

  2. Download the file

Choose Word, Excel or PDF. The file downloads straight away with no account and no email address.

  3. Edit and print

Open it in Word, Excel, Google Docs or Google Sheets, type over the placeholder text, then print or share as PDF.

Completely free

No sign-up, no trial, no watermark and no locked “premium” version. Download as many as you need.

Fully editable

Real Word tables and Excel sheets, not flat images. Change rows, columns, colors and fonts however you like.

Print-ready

Set up for standard paper sizes with sensible margins, so what you see on screen is what comes out of the printer.

Common questions

Do I need to create an account to download?

No. Click the download button on any template page and the file saves to your device straight away. We do not ask for an email address.

Which program do I need to open these?

Word templates open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer and Apple Pages. Excel templates open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc. PDF versions open anywhere and are meant for printing as-is.

Can I use these templates at work or in my business?

Yes. You can edit, print and share them inside your organization at no cost. You may not resell the template files themselves or redistribute them as your own download library.

Can I edit them on a phone or tablet?

Yes, using the mobile Word or Excel apps or Google Docs and Sheets. Larger grid layouts are easier to fill in on a laptop, but the files open and edit fine on mobile.

How do I turn a finished schedule into a PDF?

In Word or Excel choose File, then Save As, then select PDF. In Google Docs or Sheets choose File, Download, PDF Document. Fonts and table borders are preserved either way.

About Schedules Box

Schedules Box is a free library of printable schedule templates. Every file is built as an editable document rather than a flat image, so you can add a row, rename a column or drop in your own logo without rebuilding the layout from scratch.

The collection covers the formats people plan in most often, from hourly time blocks and daily routines through to weekly planners and monthly grids. Alongside those sit purpose-built sets for specific jobs: shift rosters for managers, course outlines for teachers, fee schedules for clinics and schools, and training plans for new puppy owners.

If a layout you need is missing, tell us what you are trying to plan and we will add it to the queue.
